General

Payment only over Artistree / Paypal.
Be polite. If any unpolite behaivour accures, I will decline your commission or request.
I won't take commissions from potential clients that promote themself with "AI art" or call themself "AI artists".
I'm always allowed to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with it. If I already started this commission and decide to cancel it, you then will get a full refund.
I will always send a WIP of the sketch but you can also request me to send more updates on your artwork!
I can do slightly changes at the end, but if they are very time consuming I might charge a bit more. So if you're not happy with how it looks, please tell me during the sketch phase.
No refunds if you don't like the outcome after I finnished the commission.
You can still get a partly refund if we stop at the sketchphase.
You'll get the final piece with and without the sign, as well as a rendered version.
My work is for personal use only. If you want to upload it on your social media (without making commercial use out of it) it's fine, but make sure to credit me.
If you want to take my art for commercial use, we can talk about it, but be sure there will be a higher fee, depending on what you want to use it for.
If you want to, I can upload the artwork afterwards on redbubble so you can buy prints of it on products [ Shirts, Books,.. ].If you fail to follow the rules, you'll be blacklisted.

Illustration

I take Commissions to Original Characters only.
I got all the rights to the artwork, but not on the Characters I draw.
I am allowed to post the finished piece and use it for advertising my art (as example in my commission info). If you don't want me to post it, or post it delayed (untill a birthday for example) please inform me upfront as I won't ask you.

Designs

I'd appreciate to get informed of greater changes about the Design.
Please credit me on your first artwork using the design.
You are allowed to resell [ trade, gift... ] it, but only for the same worth [ or lower ] that you paid! [ By this I mean the price for the design only. If you got additional commissions etc you can add the price to it of course! ]
I still have the copyright to the design.

Requests

I only take Fanart requests.
You are allowed to use it privately (for desktop or phone backgrounds for example).
Reposts only with proper credits.
You don't have any rights to the artwork.
